The layout of the apartment was well done, but there were a few issues. The windows were very dirty (I ended up washing them). The fan in a bathroom continued to run even after the light was turned off making it hard to sleep. Loose power points, loose lamp shades. Location was good, and the pool was lovely.

I have stayed here a few times now, I have generally been pleased but the last stay, I didn't get notifications until after I contacted their team. The internet as a confusing process and no 'sheet' was left but that also apparently sent by email. The team did respond quite quickly which was great but when I raised that there was a dishwasher full of dirty dishes I didn't get any response at all. It is a good location and value for money just this last trip was not as I had hoped.

The apartment was clean, staff was very helpful, only bad experience was that the foyer to the apartment has a very bad stinky smell.

Plug missing from vanity basin, chairs are terrible (thin padding). WiFi is very variable & can be hard to log onto. Otherwise rest of room & location great.

Funny smell in room, doors were left ajar when we arrived (assuming) because of smell, pillows too high cramps neck, no face washers , limited parking despite saying online parking available.

Kitchen & apartment had all the necessary appliances. Was spacious enough for a single traveller. Gym was decent, pool looked good but didnt get the opportunity to use. Good to be directly across from the shopping centre and food options.
